Terms & Conditions

1. Order can be made via email only. Order via whatsapp/ sms/ call/ fb message will not be accepted unless you are allowed to do so.

 2. Shipping will be made only once a week, which is on Monday or Tuesday.

 SHIPPING RATES (POSLAJU)

  • Peninsular Malaysia - RM7
  • Sabah - RM9
  • Sarawak - RM9

3. Payment must be made within 3 days. Please inform me if you can't make the payment on time or if you wish to cancel the order. Or else, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 4. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

 5. Prices are fix.

    I've made my payment but i still didnt get a reply, how could i know if u have received my payment and proceed to shipping?
